Kourtney Kardashian introduces her new daughter, Penelope Scotland Disick, to the world in the new issue of Us Weekly. Barely a month old now, little Penelope was born on July 8 and weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces. "Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her," Kardashian tells the magazine.
