Musicians from six countries are taking part in the International Festival of military orchestras which opens in Sevastopol, Ukraine’s Crimea region, on Friday.The parade of the orchestras is timed to coincide with the 229th anniversary of the foundation of Sevastopol and the 200th anniversary of Russia’s victory over Napoleon in the 1812 war.
