More than one crore people die every year just because of food, according to a study. Even some foods cause deaths more than smoking!

A study titled 'The Global Burden of Disease Study' has revealed that the proportion of people dying in different parts of the world due to eating habits alone. Researchers say that people are not only suffering from obesity but also from complex diseases like a heart attack or cancer due to poor diet.

That study is an important observation; Where people have been seen dying in every corner of the globe. Ingredients that are mentioned as dangerous food:

1. Excess salt - the cause of death of 3 million people

2. Eating low-grain grains is the cause of death of 3 million people

3. Eating fewer fruits are the cause of death of 20 lakh people

What we eat is the right amount of food - this is the big question now. We eating more food than we need, and we are not eating much at all. Low levels of omega-3s, such as nuts, seeds, and vegetables, are also one of the leading causes of death.

On average, people are eating 23 grams fewer nuts and seeds per day. Again 443 grams of milk should be consumed while people are taking 61 grams. Similarly, granular grains are eating 29 grams instead of 126 grams. Meat should be eaten 22 grams but it is eating 27 grams, salt should not be eaten not more than 3.2 grams but it is taking 6 grams!
